Muppet Hub

Where the Muppetational Comes Together

You Won’t Use These Muppet Web Addresses

Muppet fans have been excited a few times by Disney buying Muppet domain names (a.k.a. web addresses) that suggest a Broadway and/or stage show starring the Muppets.  This may not mean much since Disney has owned many other pretty weird/neat domain names that could suggest future ideas for projects, re-releases, or purchases.  Now, most of these are left-overs from the Henson/Disney sale, but you’d think they wouldn’t need to keep this many “just to cover all the bases.”  The thing is, they all take you to www.muppets.com.  Here’s a list of some of them:

  • http://www.muppetbabiespictures.com

*I do not recommend searching for other Muppet characters that have their own website names.  It’s not really safe.  I found that out the hard way.

The most surprising part of all this for me is that you will only find a 404 page when you go to http://www.muppetsmostwanted.com.  Not that that would be a useful website to have running at some point in the near future or anything.
